• We are now looking for an energetic recruiter to join the Baltic team. You can start your own business, we support you!
  
• Job includes filling vacancies quickly, thoroughly and effectively;
  
• The position includes candidate search according to profile, selection – direct sourcing/ headhunting, on/off-line advertising, CV screening, telephone/face to face competency interviews; background searches; agency management and promotion of the Righthead brand;
  
• Providing other Personnel services.

Requirements

• Higher education;
  
• At least three years recruitment experience, with at least one year in the Human Recource sector;
  
• English and Russian skills on communication level, and English writing skills.
