I am Rūta Jančytė and I am leading the Search Community in People Sourcing Hub. We are a team of specialists that support leaders all over Telia Company in acquiring the talent they need to make us New Gen Telco. This means leading or assisting in recruitment processes, proactively reaching out to potential candidates, building talent pools and delivering on our people promise: “Home to your next big opportunity”. Right now I am looking for a Recruiter that would mainly work with Service Shared Centre recruitments involving various positions, from finance to IT specialists recruitment.

Your next challenge?
Interested in a chance to see how our company works from a recruitment perspective and see what you can do with it? In this role you would make a difference by:

  • Having a close cooperation with hiring managers in setting requirements for search of new team members, preparing attractive job advertisements and ensuring their spread
  • Consulting managers on specialists market and the need to make recruitments fast and effective
  • Developing managers’ competence of recruitment by advice and coaching
  • Looking for alternative channels to identify suitable candidates digitally or using personal network
  • Attracting best Talents to our organization and, thus, supporting the creation of New Generation Telco
  • Ensuring effective communication during all recruitment process stages, give constructive feedback
  • Participating in a mission to create an amazing new organization, its culture and forming they ways we work

Who are you?
  • Love recruiting and have previous working experience in successful recruitment (Specialist recruitment experience would be an advantage)
  • Have good communication skills (oral, written, presentation), ability to listen to others, build relationships and reasonably present Your opinion
  • Be technologically aware or even a little geeky. :) Knowing the difference between frontend and backend is a start
  • Be adventurous and able to organize work in situations with lot of ambiguities and also work simultaneously with several projects
  • Be positive and persistent because recruitment brings a lot of challenge
  • Care about each manager and each candidate because they all are Your clients
  • Be able to operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure, analyze and quickly grasp new information
  • Are fluent in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written) and a big advantage if you speak IT language :)
