Job Description

Moody’s EMEA Talent Acquisition team is looking for Associate Sourcing Specialist. The successful candidate will identify, attract and screen active and passive candidates to provide a continuous pipeline of resumes for current and future positions. This includes roles in Vilnius and supporting the wider EMEA talent acquisition team across additional EMEA markets. The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition.

  • Demonstrate understanding of talent needs of hiring managers and job requirements to assess candidate quality, skills and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.
  • Attract the highest caliber candidates in a cost effective and time efficient manner.
  • Review applications and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Be knowledgeable on changes to employment laws that impact recruitment and be aware of confidentiality issues as they arise.
  • Be knowledgeable about and able to appropriately explain Moody’s benefits and recruitment related policies and programs.

Sourcing:

  • Administer sourcing strategies to identify and recruit potential new hires.
  • Source active candidates from online databases, internal databases, contact lists and employee referrals.
  • Source passive candidate leads through internet research, networking, cold calling and market presence.
  • Utilising LinkedIn to promote positions.
  • Source candidates for recruitment events, career days and job fairs.

 Additional:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships and timely communication with internal and external candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Gather competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits and employment practices and advise recruiters appropriately.
  • Liaise with recruiters to provide CV’s and shortlist in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date recruiting data via our in-house system Kenexa.
  • Build relationships with the business and wider HR team in Vilnius.
  • Administer tests onsite.
  • Contribute towards recruiting team projects where required.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree level education required.
  • Advantageous to have candidate sourcing & research experience.
  • Handling multiple priorities.
  • A good understanding of HR and/or a recruitment function.
  • Exposure to CV searching, phone screening, & interviewing potential candidates, advantageous.

Technical:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Exposure of using an Applicant Tracking Software advantageous.

Non-technical skills:

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Highly organized and efficient as well as been adaptable.
  • Strong Team player.
  • Takes initiative, works pro-actively, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills – articulate and numerate.
  • Diligent, dependable with a positive outlook.
  • Fluent in English is essential.
