Blu Global is an extremely successful European placement and learning business that has been established for over 5 years. It currently sources and places candidates from 16 EU countries and looking to further expand throughout Europe in the next coming years.
Blu Global is the sister company to one of the UK fastest growing resourcing Companies, Bespoke Global Resourcing.
And together they supply candidates into some of the UK’s largest and fastest growing Blue Chip businesses.
We are looking for self-employed Recruiters within Lithuania to join our successful and expanding team.
You will be your own boss without time or target pressures. You will have all the training and tools to effectively attract and put forward quality candidates from 16 countries with Europe. There are no boundaries to where you can work and if you have contacts and groups that are in other countries within Europe then you are free to discuss all the opportunities with them.
You will be partnered with a Blu Global Consultant already based in the UK and already involved in the sourcing and placing of many candidates.
The model is very simple and you will have the opportunity to generate unlimited earnings.

We will be in Vilnius, interviewing potential candidates, at Radisson Blu Royal Astoriya in April.

Payments
‘Standard’ Payment Package: 100 euros per placement (carers, drivers, telecoms, FLT, warehouse, standard construction)
‘Specialist’ Payment Package: up to 1,000 euros per placement (nurses, doctors, IT specialists, management, specialist construction)
All ‘Specialist’ packages will be identified separately and the exact payment value will be confirmed to you.
