Recruitment Consultant

Let’s be honest. At Alliance for Recruitment, we’ve made it our mission to clean up hiring messes and make sure the right people land in the right roles.
If you’re the kind of recruiter who sees beyond the CV – smells a red flag from a mile away, and secretly loves fixing chaos — we need you.

• You’ve been in the trenches of Recruitment or Sales for at least 1 year (and lived to tell the tale).
• You have a total of 3+ years of work experience — ideally, you know what work is.
• Proactivity isn’t just a buzzword for you — you actually take ownership (yes, that means you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do every 5 minutes).
• You bring a “Can-do attitude” — aka, you don’t crumble when things get messy (spoiler: they will). You’re here to solve problems, not create them.
• You know how to build Meaningful Relationships — we’re not into transactional recruiting; we prefer the “trusted advisor” vibe.
• You speak English — not just “Google Translate” level, but actually holding a proper conversation in interviews

• Annual training & self-development budget – invest in your growth
• Workation – work remotely for up to 45 days from anywhere in Europe
• Health insurance – because your well-being matters
• Salary: €2200–4300 gross/month, based on experience. The current average salary for recruiters is €4170 gross. If your experience and expectations are higher — don’t let this stop you. If you truly believe you’re a badass recruiter, let’s talk — I’m sure we can find an agreement.
• Semi-annual performance bonuses – yes, good work pays off
• And most importantly – the best team you’ll ever work with
