• Efficiently and effectively securing candidates for open requirements.
• Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Building networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Managing candidates, formatting and checking resumes, and handling responses.
• Posting openings with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Requirements
• Successful professional recruitment experience (IT recruitment is an advantage).
• Customer-oriented attitude and business ethics knowledge.
• Interest in current technologies.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
