Recruitment/HR Specialist

Job Description

  • coordinating the non-IT recruitment process in Lithuania and abroad including candidate sourcing and attraction, preparation of job ads, setting and conducting interviews;
  • maintaining communication with recruitment agencies/partners when needed;
  • administrating the candidate database and related documentation, maintaining reports and trackers;
  • coordinating non-IT onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • facilitating internal interviews;
  • assisting in organising company events for employees;
  • developing and maintaining close collaboration with the HR Team and employees;
  • assisting the HR team with other project support as required.

Requirements

  • experience in HR functions and a good understanding of talent attraction, hiring, and onboarding;
  • people-oriented, a can-do and result-driven approach;
  • ability to build and effectively manage relationships;
  • strong interpersonal and organisational  skills, open-minded critical and creative thinker, eager to learn, and a great team player;
  • fluency in English, both verbal and written, Russian language knowledge would be considered an advantage.
