Regional Key Account Manager (Clothing)

Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful sale, distribution, and retail execution of JBS Textile Group's entire portfolio of products and related programs resulting in the overall volume growth of the accounts within the assigned territory and/or assigned chain stores.

- JBS Textile Group product portfolio introduction into retail chains within the region.
- Pricing submission to all chain accounts in the region (multi-brand retail chains, e-commerce, clothing boutiques)
- Develop and execute market specific promotions (distribution, displays and new products) for chain accounts.
- Conduct meetings with chain buying managers to improve product knowledge and sales execution.
- Monitor execution of sales promotion campaigns and pricing; taking corrective action where required.
- Conduct regular business review with chain buying and marketing managers to evaluate sales results.
- Effectively plan and execute new product launches and in-store activities focusing on retail results.
- Schedule and execute additional in-store events.
- Manage the implementation of shelf schematics and merchandising of products according to company brand standards.
- Monitor, anticipate, report and respond to competitive activity of clothing sector in the region.
- Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis or when required.
- Organize and execute floor displays and placement of window signs and banners at all accounts.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in a Business or Marketing related field preferred.
- Rich experience of collaborative working environment with retail chains in key account or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of sales and distribution in retail Key Accounts.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in EN.
- Superior organization skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Experience of cultivating strong relationships with large range of retail buyer types.
- Knowledge of retail metrics: Gross Profit, Net profit, GMROI, Sales per Category ant etc.
- Strong selling and influential skills
