REGIONAL MANAGER

AUTO KADA Group (www.autokada.lt) is dealing in aftermarket of spare parts and equipment for trucks, buses and trailers since 1995. It is the industry leader in Latvia, operating 24 stores and providing best customer experience and support for 20 years. The company also has 5 stores in Sweden and 4 stores in Lithuania.

Currently we are looking for REGIONAL MANAGER who would have overall responsibility for AUTO KADA stores in Lithuania.

Main tasks:
• To take a leading role in the growth, development and direct supervision of stores in Lithuania.
• To expand the customer base and maintain effective communication with existing ones.
• To develop and execute strategies to improve store sales, customer service and increase overall profitability.
• To provide effective leadership, coaching and support to maximize sales team’s performance and results.

We expect the candidate to have:
• Retail sales experience in automotive, preferably heavy vehicles/buses, industry for at least 5 years.
• Strong working knowledge of automotive aftermarket operations.
• Managerial/team leader experience for at least 2 years.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results with minimum guidance.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to travel and work in the cities where stores are located.
• Good computer skills and valid driving license.
