• Manage regulatory and 3^rd party requests as they are being submitted to the company.


• Manage communication of progress/status with the leadership team, executives, and other project team members.


• Communicate progress to all relevant partners.


• Stay on top of regulatory developments, industry trends and ConnectPay roadmaps to guide decisions.


• Engage the relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.


• Take ownership and act as a project manager for compliance queries.


• Manage and support projects and departmental initiatives.


• Proactively identify and report issues to senior management.

Requirements

We expect you to have:

• Project management experience (1+ year);
• High level of integrity maturity, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
• Excellent organization, structure and interpersonal skills;
• Hard working, driven, systematic and consistent personality; ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Relevant experience handling external regulatory requests is a plus.
