My name is Diana Gold and as of May 1st I started as a Country IT Delivery Manager for Lithuania. My main goal is to be a link between Telia CPS IT and Telia Lithuania business organization. At the moment I‘m looking for a Release Train Engineer to ensure the delivery of value for our Day to Day Agile Release Train. As a member of my Team, you will be responsible to ensure that one of our two Agile Release Trains (ART) stays on track. This involves:
Who are you?
Besides practical experience and theoretical knowledge of Agile best practices, you also have managed high complexity projects, have excellent communication and coaching skills, good at coordinating multiple teams, as well as have ability to build good relationship with stakeholders in both business and IT, both – locally and globally. You can take responsibility and manage a virtual delivery organization of around 100 people.
