Job Description
With reference to group CFO in Micro Matic the candidate must ensure high quality financial reporting to the group CFO and group management. The candidate will be part of Group Finance. This person will work close together with division CFO’s, BI specialists, IT and Group Finance.
- Accountable for the monthly reporting and budgeting in Micro Matic Group
- Hands-on consolidation of 20 subsidiaries in Excel
- Annual IFRS report for the Group
- Improve quality of monthly reporting
- Improve efficiency and reduce number of days used on reporting
- Finalize implementation of new consolidation system (Cognos). It is considered to implement an online global reporting system to improve efficiency, quality and speed
- Support with ad hoc financial analysis
- Improving efficiency in finance shared service center
- Optimize processes in finance shared service center
- LEAN in administration
Requirements
- Master degree in finance or economics
- Work experience with hands-on consolidation and reporting in a complex group
- Work background in audit companies would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting policies
- Very good Excel knowledge
- Experience with BI systems and implementation of consolidation systems
- Fluent in English
