Get Ready To

• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists, looking for success stories
• Build brand reputation by representing product’s voice in discussions about our product in different channels, blog management
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Analyse web traffic and relevant community metrics
• Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
• Organise and participate in events, groups to build community and boost brand awareness and like-ability.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

We Expect You To

• Quora, Reddit, Discord – you should be familiar with at least one of them.
• Have proven work experience as a community or support manager.
• Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum).
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
• Common sense & perfect English (this is crucial).
• Have no fear of failing.
• Be curious and creative.
• Never kill the vibe.

Location:

Work from anywhere. We have offices in the major Lithuanian cities – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda – but in case you can’t think of what pants to wear today, waiting for your cat’s food to be delivered, or casually chilling in Tenerife – gotcha. Meet you at the Zoom party.
