- Handling individual and group hotel reservation inquires;
- registering all reservations into the data management system Opera;
- preparation of the offers, proposals for various events (conferences, banquets, etc.).
- co-ordination of the events with operational departments of the hotel.
You should be a sales-minded personality with strong communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in hospitality business. Customer service oriented attitude, good computer knowledge and the ability to pay attention to details should be your personal features. Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages is a must. Multiple language skills, experience in Meetings and Events organizing area and knowledge of hotel's data management system Opera will be considered as an advantage.
