You will be responsible for handling reservation inquires in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
You should have exceptional communication skills, good computer knowledge and the ability to pay attention to details. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must as well as the ability to work under pressure. Experience in reservations/front office and multiple language skills will be considered as an advantage. Customer service oriented attitude and fluency in Lithuanian, English and Russian is a must.
