You will be responsible for handling reservation inquires in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
Requirements
You should have exceptional communication skills, good computer knowledge and the ability to pay attention to details. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must as well as the ability to work under pressure. Experience in reservations/front office and multiple language skills will be considered as an advantage. Customer service oriented attitude and fluency in Lithuanian, English and Russian is a must.

Additional information
Position temporary (until spring 2007) will be located in Vilnius and after Reval Hotel Neris renovation will move to permanent location in Kaunas.
