- Taking reservations on phone, e-mails, faxes, answering requests.
- Ensure every team member offers a quality reservation service to all customers.
- Provide a response that matches the needs of the client taking into account the possibilities offered by the various services of the hotel and/or the market.
- Apply and ensure the application of pricing policy and the associated procedures
- Maintain and promote the image of the brand with the customer.
- Establish optimum relationships with the customer.
- Know the services offered by the hotel, and promote these to the customer.
- English - mandatory.
- Russian language would be an advantage.
