RESTAURANT WAITER

− Responsible for managing and the service of an assigned workstation in a Restaurant or Deli and making sure that Residents and Guests are consistently provided with courteous, prompt and efficient service.
− Responsible for the continuous training of the Jr. Waiters and his/her assistant, checking to ensure that the stations are clean prior to and after service.
− In order to consistently exceed Resident and Guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
− Responsible for giving directions and on the job training to the Junior Waiters and F&B Stewards regarding service procedures, Micros handling and the planning and execution of service.
− Responsible for checking the Mise en place before and after service and advising Jr. Waiters and F&B Stewards if deep cleaning is required.
− Take responsibility and ownership for all the concerns received from Residents and Guests during service. They must follow up for and debrief with the Junior Waiters and Assistant Waiters to determine where the service went wrong and what measures can be taken to eliminate the same issues in the future.

− Experience in a Michelin rated restaurant or an ultra luxury cruise ship, private club, boutique hotel, ultra luxury hotel or resorts.
− Courses or training in safety, environmental, Public Health regulations and procedures are required.
− Proven track record in achieving positive comments, service scores and high revenue sales
− Some knowledge of beverage service is required.
− Excellent working knowledge of point of sales system.
− Able to read, write and speak fluently in English and does so at all times while on duty.

Monthly salary (gross): 2500.00 to 3500.00 EUR
Additional information: $NET Salary + Excellent bonus structure
