Main responsibilities

• Daily marketing campaigns and communication flows execution, including email and in-app using the marketing automation platform;
• Segment audiences and target specific users groups and lifecycle stages;
• Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant campaign assets;
• Track, measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns using KPIs and performance metrics;
• Setup A/B tests and provide insights based on data;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation efficiencies
• Help troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issue related to marketing automation platform;
• Consult the users support team on ongoing marketing campaigns and help them resolve basic existing users-related issues.
