My name is Marius Sagatavičius and I am looking for a Revenue Assurance Expert to join our Telia Lietuva Prevention Team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team. Currently I am looking for an experienced, professional and ambitious team member.
Your next challenge?
As a Revenue Assurance Expert you will work closely with different departments in Telia (Commercial, Finance Billing, Data Analytics, Technology, Customer service, IT) as well as with Prevention Team colleagues. You will be responsible for running and developing Revenue Assurance (RA) controls, supervising RA activities in the organization, reporting to the Management and have other responsibilities listed below:
Provide operational support for the business teams on RA reports
Drive to correct and recover from the second line RA controls reports findings
Initiate and monitor RA reports discovered root cause analysis and fix implementation
Drill into data to identify new scenarios for revenue leakage
Prepare monthly management reporting including insights and recommendations
Who are you?
We are looking for a Revenue Assurance professional with high level of integrity and loyalty, and the ability to make quick decisions, focusing on the business and results. You have strategic thinking and business acumen competencies: business understanding, high ability to create and understand business models and scenarios, and to be able to understand business data throughout the organization.
You should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, exact Sciences
Advanced knowledge in business process and data
More than 2 years of work experience in a large company / division
Very good communication skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company and the staff in the distance
IT literacy and knowledge (MS Excel, databases), experience in data analysis
Good written and oral communication skills and knowledge in English

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 2000 - 3000 Eur (gross) depending on your experience and track record of achievements.
