Primary objective of the position - maximizing the hotel revenue (rooms and Meetings&Events) by using efficiently revenue optimization techniques and analyzing revenue opportunities.
Main duties include, but are not limited to:
• development and implementation of hotel budget, sales maximization and profitability actions on an ongoing basis;
• monitoring present and future trends, practices and systems in the hotel industry to determine and ensure that hotel is competitive in the market;
• growing rooms, M&E revenue as well as RevPar penetration by utilizing revenue optimization;
• forecasting hotel’s revenues on monthly, annual basis;
• ensuring hotel compliance with brand pricing and e-commerce policies, proper PMS data management, setting yield controls;
• management, coaching and counseling the reservations team.
Requirements
Successful candidate should have proven numeric analyzing skills and sense of responsibility, to be a sales minded personality. He/she should have at least 3 years of hotel business experience, positive outgoing attitude, self-initiative and abilities to lead the team. University degree, good knowledge of Opera/Micros system and fluency in Lithuanian, English is a must.
