RPA Developer

I am Hanna Ristner, leading the Digital Solutions team in our People Hub function. I am now looking for a RPA Developer to join our team, with location in Vilnius.

Your next challenge?

As a RPA Developer you will contribute to the company's department by working together with the teams at People Experience & Culture, helping us to automate operational tasks by using our RPA tools. You will also work with improvement and maintenance of our tool to ensure that the processes run on schedule.

Your main responsibilities:

• Together with the RPA Business Analyst and process experts execute on new ideas for automation.
• Design, develop and configure new robots based on requests. This includes programing, testing and documentation.
• Maintenance and control of our processes running in the RPA environment
• Have support of our RPA processes and work together with IT RPA Hub on maintenance.
• Further develop and improve the internal automation frameworks together with the team.

Your experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in business administration, IT or equivalent.
• Some experience from automation, testing or integration is an advantage.
• It is desirable with some experience working with one of the leading RPA automation tools. We are today mainly working with Blue Prism and UIPath.
• Interest in understanding processes where software is used.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and get things done.

Your personality:

As a person, you are solution-oriented, curious and analytical. It is important that you have an interest of working with IT processes and programing and want to learn more. In the role, you will have several contact points, both internally at People Experience & Culture, but also within other parts of Telia, for example IT RPA Hub and therefore it is a requirement that you are fluent in English.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 1978 to 2976 Eur (gross). Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
