Job Description

It is primary point of contact between company and customer. The Sales Account Executive sells across the entire product portfolio, cultivates customer relationships, achieves specific sales targets by buyer and by customer, manages the existing open orders, requests customer feedback. The job includes daily reviewing and analyzing the process of existing orders, identifying problems and taking operative actions in solving them. Constant communication required with both sales throughout the Nordic, Baltic region, Poland and Russia as a start and with the corporate offices in UK.


university degree;
good spoken and written English;
good spoken Scandinavian/Russian.
good computer skills (Excel and Word);
ability to analyze and interpret business information, including calculating discount and profit margin percentages;
ability to solve problems and deal with complex situations where limited information exists;
ability to build and maintain relationships;
self-motivated and goal oriented;
strong time management and organizational skills;
ability to adapt to change;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Similar job experience in sales or customer services would be considered.
