• Deal with customers and suppliers;


• Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery;


• Monitoring stock levels;


• Follow up with suppliers as needed, to confirm or change orders;


• Invoicing customers;


• Arrange transport goods;


• Ad hoc office work.

Reikalavimai

• Work experience with MS Dynamics NAV or similar;


• Fluent in English;


• Work experience as a Purchasing or Sales Assistant;


• Good understanding of supply chain procedures;


• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;


• Solid organizational skills;
