SALES ASSISTANT

Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team;
Make sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals;
Deal with any customer queries, complaints and resolve issues;
Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service;
Customers payments control;
Coordinate quality control documentation and other paperwork associated with processing orders;
Manage and build relationships with 3rd party freight providers to ensure on-time deliveries and lowcost rates.

Teamwork and motivational skills;
Good organisational skills, quick response to any clients queries/claims;
An advantage to have experience in sales field;
Good written and verbal English;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly;
Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
