Due to ambitious growth plans this leading training provider has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager within their dynamic Sales Division. The Companies Sales Manager / Business Development Managers are instrumental in driving the business forward and they are looking for employees who share their passion. Based in our Vilnius office
As one of the leading training providers in the UK of virtual online and class room training, the company is looking for an experienced and outgoing Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join the team and support the next stage of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a new challenge with an exciting and growing company.

Main responsibilities

• Proactively approaching clients through various mediums
• Conducting face to face meetings and presentations to assess client needs
• Preparing and delivering details sales proposals
• Developing and maintaining your knowledge of all learning solutions offered
• Assisting the sales team in the development of all solutions
• Managing the full sales cycle and pipeline
• Leading and motivating the Sales team to achieve growth and sales targets
• Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand customer base and firm its strong presence in the market
• Managing own recruitment, objective setting, coaching and mentoring of sales representatives
• Building and Promoting strong, long lasting customer relationships, by partnering with them and fully understanding their needs
• Devising and presenting key sales, revenue, forecasting and expense reports to Senior Management
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while keeping up to date with new products, competitor status and candidate requirements

The successful Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will ideally have demonstrable selling experience in an education or learning environment and experience with consultative selling. In addition you will need to possess the following skills/qualifications:
• Proven track record with achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability and determination to manage and lead a remote sales team
• Confidence in presenting at all levels, to a range of different organisations
• A strong customer focus and ability to build relationships to continue customer engagement with full solution knowledge
• The ability to communicate well at all levels with good attention to detail
• A positive, confident and friendly demeanour with high level of integrity
• Excellent questioning and listening skills
• Experience in dealing with C Level contracts
• Full UK driving license

Candidate’s requirements

• Minimum of 5 years selling (preferably in the education / learning environment although not essential)
• Experience of B2B consultative sales
• Experience in dealing with C level contacts
• Excellent questioning and listening skills
• Effective client relationship building experience
• Ability to identify new opportunities and engage clients consistently
• Proven experience of hitting targets
• experience in managing a sales team
