As a member of the Picanol sales team, you take part in further developing sales and project opportunities in the Russian speaking Market.
After a thorough initiation in the market and technology of weaving machines, you will be visiting leads and customers in parts of the Russian speaking market and build up good relationships with them. You will keep close contact with the local agents that are exploring the Russian speaking market and are the liaison between the customer in Russia and Picanol. As you will establish and maintain business relationships with present and potential customers in these areas, you will be travelling up to 50% of the time. The rest of the time, you will work on a regular basis from the headquarters in Ypres, Belgium. Furthermore, you will negotiate contracts (price, technical requirements, …) and finalize them. You will report to the sales manager responsible for this region. He will also be your coach.
