• Actively search for new customers and make cold calls;
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers;
• Listen to customer requirements and appropriately present our service;
• Arrange meetings with potential customers or prospects;
• Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries;
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals;
• Gather market and customer information;
• Create detailed proposal documents;
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Representative or relevant role;
• Work experience in a call-center environment would be considered as an advantage;
• Strong ability to manage time effectively, multi-task and prioritize;
• Good English verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening and problem solving skills;
• Extremely detail oriented with strong ability to adapt and work under pressure;
• A driving licence.
