Job Description

-managing of trane sales business through-out Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
-sales development of Trane products and solutions through-out the Region;
-sales market and competitors review;
-execution of sales European strategy and initiative;
-parts channel sales development;
-sales market penetration as per product segments;
-customers satisfaction and customer demands.

Requirements

-prove his/her selling approach, abilities and successes;
-have commercial experience gained with one of the famous HVAC, refrigeration comapnies acting on the Baltic States market;
-be university graduated in business or science;
-speak fluently English and Russian;
-be prepared to travel extensively.
