To be responsible for the sales operations within the Baltic countries and Eastern Europe, to maintain and increase the company's sales, to develop relationships with clients in defined markets (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldavia), to design and deliver industry and product specific presentations to clients, to generate ongoing profitable business, to gather and report on market and trends, to prepare sales forecasts and etc.
a university degree;
proven related work experience in sales management (preferable within the protective clothing market);
fluent spoken/written English; knowledge of additional languages is meriting;
good computer skills;
flexible, analytical, results orientated and driven;
good negotiation skills, proactive,highly organized;
position requires to travel a lot.
