Job Description

  • Identifying and searching for new B2B customers
  • Ensuring smooth sales process and maintaining long-lasting relationships with the existing customers.
  • Active sales of wooden sliding and folding doors
  • Establish and maintain a network of contacts with contractors, distributors and architects
  • Review market analyses to determine B2B customer needs
  • Monitor and evaluate industry competitors
  • Negotiate and manage sales contracts to enable effective projects and customer relationships
  • Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction
  • Achieve goals and report to senior management.

Requirements

  • Previous international sales experience in B2B markets
  • Excellent B2B negotiations skills
  • Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for communication with clients and projects
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to managing the sales territory.
  • Dynamic, active and enthusiastic personality
  • Market research experience
  • Ready to travel
  • Fluent in Swedish and/or Norwegian and/or Danish
  • Good English language skills.
