Job Description

Scope of Role:

  • Responsible of HP Enterprise Group business in Baltic countries.
  • Strong value add approach working closely with partners and customers.
  • Motivated leader for a team of direct and indirect reports.
  • Builds business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve sales targets. Collaborates within HP and with customers & partners to prioritize, facilitate and direct the use of resources.
  • Motivated by sales commission structure to drive business growth.
  • Manages the development of strategic sales plans that reflect HP’s business strategy, to advance market share and achieve profitable growth.
  • Manages account planning processes in support of sales team and selling activities. Aligns account plans with overall corporate strategy; actively develops and manages plans to meet sales targets. Develops plans that articulate the strategies/requirements essential for focusing sales activities, forecasts accurately and communicates sales progress. Actively manages and signs off on account business plans through scheduled reviews.
  • Business acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations; monitors and improves area-of-control operations to ensure alignment with HPs business direction, the quality of business practices and optimum organization performance.
  • Manages sales pipelines to ensure strong funnel of near and long term opportunities. Manages the size, shape and quality of pipeline. Analyzes overall win/loss ratios.
  • Reviews deals to ensure optimal resourcing and win strategy.
  • Uses competitive intelligence in account planning and sales activities to develop optimal sales strategy.
  • Understanding contractual environment in Baltic countries.
  • Significant percentage of time spend directly with partners and customers.


  • We expect you to have proven IT solution sales experience and extensive knowledge about Baltic market.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English is mandatory. Russian and Latvian / Estonian language skills is a benefit.
  • Directly related management experience and work results including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
