Job Description

  • Managing Company Business in Baltics;

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets for the assigned markets;

  • Building strong relationships with key accounts;

  • Managing pricing, margins, profitability issues;

  • Product portfolio management;

  • Negotiation with B2B customers;

  • Tracking customer orders;

  • Working with new projects


  • Experience with Modern trade and Traditional trade;

  • Active contacts with key retailers in Baltics area (an advantage);

  • Sales skills and experience;

  • Knowledge and experience in promotion: ATL & BTL (advantage)

  • Experience in project management;

  • Activeness, proactiveness, ambition;

  • Ability to work independently;

  • High level of self organization;

  • Ability to make decisions;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Active driving skill and driving license category B;

  • Readiness to travel within Baltic States, (availability of the personal car is an advantage);

  • English; Russian Language skills (knowledge of Latvian or Estonian is an advantage)
