SALES MANAGER for Lithuania region (white goods B2B sales)

Job Description

  • Managing all sales and marketing activities in Lithuania region.
  • Plan and execute presales and sales process (prepare proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis, etc.).
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, based on knowledge of customer’s needs.
  • Working on defining commercial sales targets.
  • Provide necessary sales support during post-sales period.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales area (sales experience with electronic goods, especially white goods would be an advantage).
  • Familiarity with the customer base and electronics distribution channel in the local market.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate and conduct multiple meetings on a daily basis.
  • Fluent English - in writing and speaking.
  • Readiness for travelling across dedicated region as well as business trips to Poland.
