Job Description
Our client is an international IT company, one of the leading suppliers of solutions, products and services in the field of information technology in certain countries. Companies activities include management consulting, introduction of corporate control systems, system integration, software development, manufacture of computer equipment, services in training.
The company is expanding management consulting activity in Lithuania and Other Baltic States and recruiting Sales Manager, who will be a second person after General Manager in Lithuania.
Job description:
- setting up and maintenance of relationship with customer's management;
- professional management of opportunities and bids, together with those from sales and consulting responsible for the account;
- creation of a business plan for the relevant industry;
- strategic orientation of the Oracle in market and positioning as a solution provider;
- effective management of the relevant partners;
- monitoring of overall picture of quotations and consulting contracts in progress - statuses / plans / open questions / data fit in CRM;
- monitor opportunities and generate qualified leads in telecom, financial services, retail and manufacturing sectors;
- coordinate presale activities, including definition of cempetitive strategy and preparation of responses to RFI and RFP / product demonstrations / reference visits;
- manage key accounts, up-sell and cross sell;
- build and motivate regional sales network in the Baltics.
Requirements
- higher education in IT / business fields;
- knowledge of Lithuanian IT / business applications consulting market;
- 3 years experience in sales / business development role;
- fluent English and Lithuanian language skills;
- analytical way of thinking, good communication skills;
- responsibility, orientation towards results, decissiveness, showing initiative.
Advantages:
