On a daily basis, you will:

• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients,
• Acquire industrial clients in the Lithuanian and Latvian markets,
• Create tailor-made offers — precisely responding to clients’ needs,
• Collaborate with the company’s headquarters in Poland,
• Achieve ambitious sales goals — with real team support and tools that make your work easier.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales — preferably in the steel or industrial sector,
• Can communicate in English or Polish,
• Are good at managing your time and feel comfortable working independently,
• Enjoy working with people, build relationships easily, and are a great listener — it comes naturally to you.
