We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who will be based in Vilnius with excellent commercial and technical awareness and the ability to quickly understand the key business/profit drivers.
The role will require strategic thinking alongside solution/value based selling to enable the successful delivery of the Smurfit Kappa Baltic growth strategy plan into selected sectors and/or accounts. The successful applicant will be an
integral member of the site senior management team and report directly to the General Manager.
-Managing and directing external sales and design teams in the achievement of agreed strategic business growth and retention in line with regional focus. Setting appropriate KPI’s and managing all teams to their full potential;
-Maintaining national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
-Providing, managing & developing the commercial businesses plan to cover pricing, growth and development;
-Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
-Agreeing marketing initiatives ensuring the plant maintains its profile both externally and within Smurfit Kappa Group.


-Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets;
-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills at all levels within a business;
-Excellent listening, coaching, negotiation and presentation skills;
-Good standard of both written and spoken English and Russian;
-Highly IT literate;
-Self-motivated and proactive.
