Darbo aprašymas

-Participation in the formation of a sales strategy by area of responsibility. Bringing the product to the Baltic market.

-Planning. Participation in preparation of the annual plan monthly and on specific transactions in the region and the CCG, planning meetings with clients quarterly, budget planning, receipt of funds from customers, planning the budget of travel and business expenses monthly.

-Conducting presentations of companies' products and technical councils, participation in exhibitions, customer acquisition in existing markets.

-Selling products. Implementation of the sales strategy plan with the established planned profit on the entrusted territory and the CCG. Ensuring of even receipt of production orders.

-Performing work standards and compliance with the sales rules

Reikalavimai

Our expectations from the candidate:

-Higher electrical or technical education.

-Successful experience of personal sales of complex equipment to the final customer.

-Implemented major sales projects in the B2B market.

-The desire to promote a quality Russian product in the Baltic markets.

- Readiness for implementing long project sales.

- Readiness for business trips, at least 50% of working time.

-Mobility in the Baltic countries and beyond.

-Knowledge of English, Russian and local languages.
