
Sales Project Manager (Denmark and Central and Eastern Europe)
Job Description
Manage and coordinate projects, customer orders, customers support and company branches.
Communicate with other departments and management, managing meetings, recording projects at internal information system: SAP data base and
according ISO procedures.
Solving problems early and effectively.
Monitoring customers satisfaction, shipment schedules
To follow up on all sales orders generated by Central and Eastern Europe sales teams
Keep a precise record of all sales made by Central and Eastern Europe teams with all important PO details (product, qty, price, delivery dates, other
important information)
Coordinate and ensure on time execution / fulfillment of sales orders
To liaise with all other departments in UMC, HDV China and OEM factories in Poland used by UMC in order to ensure on time production and delivery
of all UMC orders.
Communicate and update status of all sales orders on a daily basis
Update on any issues related to sales orders and propose solutions
Requirements
At least 5 years experience in commercial department/s in a Sales Project Manager position
University high degree
Good spoken and written English is a must
Good skills of MS Office and SAP data base
Good communication skills
Responsibility, time management skills
Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage
