We are looking for enthusiastic, carbon footprint and business result oriented Solar energy solutions sales project manager to join our team and help us to grow business customers segment of Enefit Solar business in Lithuanian market. We are growing together today to change the energy world of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

  • taking a leading role in implementing and managing the Solar energy solutions business model;
  • managing operational relationships with target business customer segments and individual customers in consulting on relevant solar energy solutions and products specifications, financial purchase options;
  • delivering operational tasks on solar energy solutions offering technical preparation and coordinating project implementation in line with customers technical requirements and network capabilities;
  • delivering excellent customer communication experience, identifying additional customer segments and individual customer needs in mapping them against company product and service portfolio offering;
  • taking an active role in developing marketing campaigns in order to acquire new customers as well as creating a seamless customer journey, supporting with continuous sales processes improvement suggestions and solving customer care issues;
  • keeping up to date with solar energy industry trends, continuous development of skills and competencies.

Requirements

You are a great fit for our team if you possess:

  • willingness to contribute to making a positive impact towards the climate change via transforming the businesses on renewable electrification basis;
  • ambition and eagerness to contribute to company’s results, learn and understand peculiarities of solar energy business. Experience in Solar energy field is a big advantage;
  • proven track record in active sales management in B2B segment;
  • strong networking skills, the ability to negotiate deals forward looking analytical mindset;
  • an attitude for effective decision-making, result orientation and innovativeness;
  • good English language skills;
  • driver's licence (B category).
