SALES REPRESENTATIVE

In your work, you are responsible for the sales of our products in Lithuanian automotive Aftermarket. You are in charge of the day to day management and control of your customer portfolio with active field presence and customer visits, identifying new customers, following sales evolution and help customer sales growth, negotiating conditions and enquire and solve possible issues.

Your office is located in Kaunas. Your job description requires local and international travelling, as you work closely with the colleagues from Estonia, Latvia and Poland.

Successful work requires preciseness, conscientiousness and readiness for teamwork, you speak Lithuanian (native), Russian and English at good level in speech as in writing.

We are expecting from you:

• Previous experience in sales
• Customer-oriented attitude with
• Activity, initiative and flexible attitude
• Non-academic/Higher education
• Good communication skills
• Driving licence

Additionally:

• Previous experience in automotive aftermarket / parts sales / technical sales
• Ability to take on new roles and adapt to changing operating environment as needed

• Work in rapidly evolving international organization
• Training under the guidance of specialists
• Modern working environment
