- Direct sales calls (telemarketing), mailings, meetings and presentations. Create and deliver customized “standard” presentations.
- Asses and identify customer needs, effectively handle objections, close sales.
- Support and grow relationships with client base to ensure retention of business through proactive, quality customer service, and through the identification and pursuit of ongoing up sell opportunities.
- Drive, support and inspire Sales Team performance in line with sales targets and business objectives.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- 2-4 years demonstrated success in sales of services.
- Ability to sell and make key decisions – follow things through to obtain consistent results.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions.
- Fluent in Lithuanian & English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to act independently with minimum or no supervision.
- Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
- Motivational leadership skills.
- Charisma! A natural ability to sell and build relationships.
Disciplined self-starter with good organizational and time management skills wanted!
