Job Description

  • Be responsible for full sales cycle, from lead to order closure
  • Create and develop new business opportunities
  • Expand sales to existing customers by identifying additional needs
  • Work closely with other Team Members for closing sales projects
  • Take a lead role in the new account sales process; coordinate various resources to develop the opportunity pipeline, qualify prospects, and successfully close business
  • Conduct account analysis and planning
  • Be responsible for leading Client through all project
  • Make after sales activities
  • Participate in the activities of the International/Regional Sales teams


  • A proven track record of selling into the Services Markets
  • At least 4 years of proven services and solutions sales experience to both existing and new accounts
  • Knowledge of the services sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work at varying customer levels with a view to identifying and uncovering multiple business opportunities
  • History of successful achievement of sales and KAM goals
  • Able to navigate cross-functionally and cross-regionally, as required
  • Proficient in managing complex negotiations and developing proposals to meet customer needs
  • Knowledge of Labour Law
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English (both written and oral)
  • Driving licence

  • Experience in selling HR services and knowledge of the market
  • Experience of working in the international company
