Job Description

Support activity mostly via phone; the candidate has to support the firm's international employees and collegaues. He/She has to take part in a training which takes 1-3 month

Requirements

- customer orientation;
- polite and patient manner;
- excellent communication skills in English;
- at least 2 years experience in SAP - prefereably as a key-user;
- Required modules: ABAP, FI, BW, PtP, CRM, Batch - maybe some other modules will come up.
