I’m Vytautas Kavoliūnas, head of Order Management unit in Lithuania in Telia CPS IT. I’m looking for an SAP CRM Functional Specialist to join my growing team. We develop and maintain all CRMs (focusing on SAP CRM) & Integration layer systems, providing services such as: Customer Master Data Management, Customer 360, Product and Offering, Order Management, Service Provisioning, Product Delivery & variety of Integration Services.

Your daily responsibilities as team player:
Develop Functional Specifications and Solution Designs.
Be ready to align with Business Stakeholders or other team members.
Participate in Scrum meetings and workshops;
Support the Scrum Master and the team;
Participate in Sprint/PI planning activities;
Provide estimates.
Who are you?
You are a person who knows there’s no excuse for unresolved problems, undelivered project tasks, unprepared Solution Designs or Functional Specifications. You have previous experience in working close to the business organization and can balance the end to end value between technology and business. Further you’re well equipped with analytical and communication skills, being strong in defining and explaining future solutions for a team and stakeholders.
Your SAP experience:
Experience and knowledge in SAP CRM is mandatory;
Technical documentation preparation: Functional Specifications, Design Documents etc.;
Experience and knowledge in SAP BRIM would be an advantage;
SAP CRM Web UI customizing experience would be an advantage;
Understanding of SAP function modules, reports, programs as well as debugging skills;
Understanding of SAP integrations with PO and 3rd party systems would be an advantage;
Experience and knowledge on Master Data and Transactional Data objects would be an advantage;
Experience for supporting the delivery of a functional requirements process and for monitoring its effectiveness and continual improvement;
Experience for supporting the set-up and management of a consultancy approach relating to the delivery of SAP CRM solutions;
Knowledge of business process mapping to SAP CRM would be an advantage.

We offer a monthly base salary from 3000 to 5000 Eur (gross) plus annual bonus which varies depending on your performance and Telia's results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
