SAP ERP Modernization Program Authorizations and Security Team Lead

You will be lead of SAP authorizations and security team focusing on SAP security area in ABAP, NetWeaver, and JAVA stacks, setting up and managing SAP roles and authorizations, also expertise in FIORI design, securing interfaces, and work with compliance and risk teams

• Lead and manage the team of SAP Security and Authorizations
• Be responsible for the technical and security driven approach taken by team members, ensuring is it in-line with the LTG group security strategy – and that projects deliverables are delivered on time
• Ensure that the SAP Authorizations and roles follows the SAP recommendation and standards
• Ensure SAP authorizations fits LTG group E2E business processes requirements
• Provide third level support for SAP Security area including user administration, role administration
• Ensure team follow sod standards and principles
• Work with SAP architects’ team and Business stream leads to understand their business requirements, also to troubleshoot issues with security objects and identify and implement appropriate solutions
• Develop continuous auditing and monitoring procedures
• Perform routine audit control function
• Develop and apply security measures to protect information against unauthorized modification or loss
• Collaborate with LTG security team to ensure systems security aligned with company security policy

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in SAP roles and authorizations area
• Sufficient knowledge of newest SAP security technologies and procedures within an international company with complex system environment (SAP S/4HANA /ECC / CRM / HCM / GRC / HANA)
• Sufficient understanding compliance and sod
• Sufficient understanding of SAP Fiori design for security models, role development and services
• Knowledge of various audit and security controls
• An ability to support Live incidents
• Ability to acquire new skills and adapt quickly
• Team management experience
• Fluency in English
