SAP ERP Modernization Program IT Management Team Lead

You will be lead of IT management team focusing on setting up and running the required technical infrastructure, managing SAP roles and authorizations, custom development, and technical releases. Moreover, this team has to ensure smooth system transition to the support.

• Lead and manage the teams of SAP Basis, SAP Developers, SAP Security and Authorizations, and IT SAP support
• Be responsible for the quality and technical approach taken by team members, ensuring is it in-line with the LTG group strategy – and that projects deliverables are delivered on time and budget
• Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and are committed to deliver quality deliverable
• Initiate people hiring, participate in interviews, evaluate annual performance, drive one-to-one meetings, organize team-buildings
• Engage, collaborate, and communicate effectively with IT team leads to deliver project goals in time, as well as with Business Units Leads and stakeholders to deliver the business value
• Work collaboratively with IT infrastructure teams, business teams, functional solution leads, and developers to ensure the best technical solutions are designed and implemented to solve requirements
• Evaluate solution options and prepare recommended effort estimations overall development plans to project managers as part of ERP program definitions
• Design, improve and deliver support processes for ERP Modernization project to drive effective SAP systems support after Go-Live
• Monitor support queues, ensuring right support tasks are assigned to the right teams for timely resolution. Follow up with team members as needed
• Participate in public procurements and review IT Hardware and Software prices, as well as participate in negotiations

• 3+ years IT team management experience
• Sufficient SAP platform knowledge (SAP S4/HANA, BW/BI, Solution Manager, BusinessObjects) in technical infrastructure area, applications architecture, authorizations and security, custom code management
• SAP Success Factors platform knowledge
• IT architecture & strategy experience and knowledge
• Team player with excellent communication and moderation skills and with a focus on the big picture and overall success
• At least 2 full cycle SAP systems implementation in team leading role
• Project management experience
• Fluency in English
