SAP FICO Product Specialist

Team / Context:
ERP Delivery Center supporting a global SAP S/4HANA environment across multiple business units and legal entities.

Role Overview:
As an SAP FICO Product Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering finance-related IT changes, enhancements and SAP S/4HANA rollout initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, ensuring robust, scalable and standardized financial processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional SAP FICO solutions
• Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Controlling)
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollouts (fit-gap analysis, localization, template adoption)
• Ensure integration with other domains (e.g. Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
• Support incident resolution and provide expertise on complex finance issues
• Prepare and execute testing (unit testing, UAT)
• Document configurations, processes and functional specifications
• Deliver end-user training and support adoption & change management
• Support financial reporting design and optimization
• Work within the IT Delivery governance (intake, prioritization, delivery follow-up)

Must-have:

• SAP FICO configuration (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO)
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Integration knowledge with adjacent modules (MM, SD)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA rollout templates
• Exposure to Fiori
• Familiarity with IT delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid models)
