Right now, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Charging and Mediation LT team.

Our team is responsible for 24*7 mobile data, voice, SMS, VoLTE, online payment services, data provision (mediating)  to broad range of offline business support systems in Lithuania.

We are growing and we have to expand the Agile team with a Scrum Master who will work closely with the  teams. We follow Agile with planning sessions, sprint demos and retrospectives. The teams are very much self-driven together with a Product Owner and have a clear mission. 

You will be a part of a highly skilled team that has set and challenging goals. Together with your colleagues you will striving towards continuous learning and improvements, support each other and to have fun along the way.

Your next challenge?

The role includes following responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum meetings and workshops;
• Make sure that teams follow Agile and create value for our customers;
• Coach the team and its members in Lean and Agile values;
• Visualize the team’s capacity, its progress and the value it creates.

Who are you?

Qualifications

• University degree in IT and/or holder of any Scrum Master certification;
• Hands on experience in software development;
• Ability to manage multiple activities by keeping appropriate priorities and to work with a strong sense of urgency;
• High level of self-organization with strong goal-oriented mindset and focus for high quality;
• Good problem solving, analytical and creative skills;
• Ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis;
• Visual, verbal, and written communication skills;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written) skills.
