Job Description

  • facilitating ceremonies (grooming, planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective);
  • leading the project team (optimising processes, nurturing team member engagement, encouraging feedback culture);
  • Jira issue tracking and progress management;
  • Sprint board/dashboard administration;
  • reporting of a burndown chart, velocity, risk management, etc.;
  • removing blockers related to project delivery;
  • reporting on the progress of the project status;
  • identifying areas with potential for improvement.

Requirements

  • understanding of or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
  • proven experience in the delivery of projects in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with Jira/Confluence;
  • a technical background (would be a plus);
  • experience working with multiple and/or distributed teams (would be a plus);
  • good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
  • the ability to adapt to a changing environment;
  • strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills;
  • time management skills;
  • good spoken and written English.
