Monitor organization’s physical security systems for events and incidents and investigate a violation when one occurs.
Prepare reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches.
Issue new access badges. Add, update and deactivate badges from the database. Conduct regular badge audits and generate reports from the system.
Liaise with Security Responsible Person in other corporate offices worldwide.
Help with planning and carrying out an organization’s way of handling security.
Recommend security enhancements to management. Assist with projects when needed
Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner.
Read, understand and clearly speak English; constantly use speech and hearing in communicating with public/co-workers, giving and receiving instructions, using phones.
Hold intermediate computer skills in order to utilize innovative IT based security technologies.
Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
Have the ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
Remain flexible to ever changing environments; adapt well to different situations.
Have neat and professional appearance.
